Land Rover Discovery 2 Headlining Retrim

Jake recently retrimmed the headlining in his Land Rover Discovery 2.

He used 3 metres of our black stretch suede.

One thing that makes this project stand out is the twin sunroof layout. Retrimming a headlining with one sunroof takes a bit more care. Tackling two sunroofs and achieving a clean finish is a great result.

Why Twin Sunroofs Add Another Challenge

Every opening in a headlining means more edges, corners and curves to work around. With two sunroofs, there's more trimming and stretching needed.

Jake's photos show how well the stretch suede follows the shape of the headlining.

Result

The finished headlining looks great in the Discovery 2.

Stretch suede works well in larger vehicles with more complex headlining layouts.
