VW Transporter Camper Conversion

•

David has been busy transforming the rear of his VW Transporter camper. He used our Charcoal Stretch Suede.

David purchased the material in stages as his project progressed.

Across three separate orders, he used a total of 10.5 metres of Charcoal Stretch Suede. Along with our Trim-Fix spray adhesive, to retrim the rear interior.

A complete rear interior retrim

David re-trimmed the ceiling, side panels, rear doors and surrounding trim areas.

The charcoal suede gives the different sections a consistent finish. The material's stretch makes it suitable for working around the shapes and contours.

The photos show the finished panels. The VW detailing, recessed ceiling lights and areas around the wheel arches.

10.5 metres across three orders

David ordered his material in stages:

  • First order: 2 metres
  • Second order: Four pieces of 1.5 metres (6 metres)
  • Third order: 2.5 metres

Total: 10.5 metres

It's a useful example for anyone planning a larger camper conversion. Work through the project in sections, ordering additional material as you progress.

What David thought

David has purchased from Auto Suede several times and left us this lovely feedback:

"Really good product 5-star company. A proper firm. Used them a few times always spot on"

Lovely to hear from returning customers. Particularly when they've used our material across a larger project like this.

Another real customer installation

Thanks to David for sharing photos of his project

It's great to see the finished rear interior. The charcoal suede has been used across so many different surfaces.

Real Customer. Real Installation. Real Feedback.
